Well congratulations to you for accepting who you are!
Generally, the steps are:
1. Come out to yourself
2. Come out to God
3. Come out to everyone else at your own time
This question is vague because I don't know where you are in the process. I don't know if you're in a relationship with a woman or not. So my best counsel I can give you is to start to find a community you can become a part of. Whether that community is online or local.
The scariest part of coming out and living our identity can be the fear of losing relationships and your community. I know you've thought about that because I have and many of the people I work with have as well.
We were not created to walk life out alone. We crave relationship but relationship that accepts all of us. So seek this out. Put some energy into it. There may be affirming churches in your area. Here's a link that will assist you in finding an affirming faith community near you.
So step one: FIND A COMMUNITY!
